These reports are tailored based on information provided by the client via an online questionnaire after the order is placed. 3. Ordering and Payment
Orders are placed and paid for online via secure card payment.
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.
All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT.
Upon completion of your order, you will receive an email confirmation.

Reports are typically delivered via email within 5 business days from the date the client submits all necessary information via our questionnaire.
If clarification or further information is required, delivery may be delayed until adequate data is received.

If you are not satisfied with the final report, we will offer reasonable revisions or, if necessary, a refund, assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds will not be available once a report is delivered, except in cases of clear service failure.
